Rooms are very clean and neat. staff are available all time .staff are very courteous and extend all possible assistance to make our stay very comfortable. overall we are very happy and will stay there again whenever we visit karur.

familyStay was okay. First the lights for the room allotted did not turn on. Then was allotted a different room. The airconditoning in the room was unsatisfactory. The bathroom is very small and difficult to get in and out. On a few occasion’s the lift didn’t work

Avoid staying at karur, the royal grand

The room is extremely small can barely fit a 5feet by 6 feet bed, no refridgerator, no soap dispenser (olden times small soap bar is provided) barely 2 feet wide wardrobe, very spicy food(inspite of insisting on non spicy food, hand shower holder was loose always moving backwards due to water pressure, bed sheets seemed like not washed had lots of stains on it (felt yuckky. The hotel stay is no where close to being royal or grand.
