The receptionist Jai Ganesh at Kongu Redidency is quite pleasant to talk to and he offered answers to all and any questions I had. Kongu Residency is little away from the center of the town but it is ideal for guests who do not enjoy the hustle bustle of the town. Overall, a great hotel to stay; clean rooms with all amenities and comfortable beds.

Room facilities wise, it is ok. One has to park car amidst hotel and mess guests’ parking. Entrance to reception is at one end and guests are not aware of it. Bringing in luggage is a big ordeal. There is no separate space for parking of cars of guests who stay at the hotel.

Had a good stay at Kongu Residency. Very clean place, located on main road close to highway, ample parking, restaurant facilities. Food was good. Fixing the drain smell in the bathroom and having option of 24-hour checkout would make it even better.

The hotel rooms were very good with good infrastructure and cleanliness. The location is a little away from the city centre and hence having own transportation woukd be ideal. Room service needs to improve and they need to have concierge as customers have to carry the luggage from the parking to the reception
