Hygiene of the room not upto the mark, smelly washroom. In the bar when I wanted to relax, there were customers shouting on top of their voice and the manager didn’t even bother to tell them to tone done in spite of my asking. The steward while serving me was called by the same set of shouting people and he left my serving midway & rushed to them. Awareness of people about menu is poor. Front office staff looks very professional & helpful

Good hotel at pocket friendly prices.. Breakfast was good... cleanliness, staff... all good. Overall good experience....

Rooms are good. Food is very good. Location is also nice. Proximity to railway station.

The stay was quite good. They allowed late check-in and check-out, which was really helpful. The staff behavior was very polite and welcoming. Overall, everything was decent and comfortable.

I had an amazing experience at The Regency Inn. The staff were extremely accommodating, allowing us an early check-in which was greatly appreciated. The staff were well-mannered, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the room itself was clean, well-managed, and exceeded our expectations. A special mention for arranging Jain food for us, which was a lovely touch. Overall, I had a fantastic time staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

Services poor. I had issues with my TV functioning, complained by no one turned up. Services at the bar were below par. Order delays cause the experience to go bad. Property location & general hygiene were pretty good.

Food were delicious.Location is very good u can reach everything in walking distance.Staff were very obedient and good in behaviour.

First of all i got a very warm welcome by the receiptionist than she alloacte a room which was very neat and clean. Hotel staffs are well mannered. Complementary breakfast was awesome with lots of options to eat. They also offered me a ride for the ststion. I realy had a lovely experience.

Fantastic service, best is the quality of food they serve , I travelled with my father who is 86 years old , the room was clean ,they have pickup and drop facility and the food they serve is of highest standard. Rates are absolutely normal Best hotel I had stayed till now.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rourkella

The actual check out time is 24 hours, but i did not get the facility as i booked via mmt and for that i had to face a huge problem. I will not book via mmt further.

This time it was average. Earlier it was better since last one year. This time intercom was not working, hangers were not available. Tv remote was not working too.

I stayed in the hotel for a night. The room was fine but the bedsheets didn't look pristine white even though it looked clean enough. There was no bathroom slippers and the mirror was also dirty. Overall, it was an average stay but didn't wow me.

Bathroom drainage was poor and fittings were damaged. Bedsheets were not upto the mark. Expected a better experience.

Overall experience is good.

Behaviour of one receptionist is very bad, no quick room service asking for mosquito lequid they said we will not serve after 10 pm

I stayed for a week , good service in the price i got. It would be even great if house keeping cleans not just the visible areas but the cuts and corners
