Well its a old property with excellent guest relation and food but the infra is not that great. Cooling is a problem/warm water is a problem.

Need to improve on Interior and facilities inside room, it is suggested that before allocating the Room to the Guest, Room should be checked in all aspects like working of Electrical Points, TV Remote, cleanliness of Room, working of TV etc.. to avoid inconvenience to the Guest and repeated calls to the Reception or facilities number for correction of appliances. it is loosing the excellent past Impression of Hotel.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay here. The hotel was very clean, and the front desk, housekeeping, and dining staff responded promptly to any requests. The quality of the food was excellent, with a wide variety of options available for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items at the breakfast and dinner buffets. The ambience in the restaurant on the second floor is delightful, featuring a lovely view of the lake. What truly sets this hotel apart from other Sarovar group properties is the kind and attentive service provided by the staff, especially in the restaurant. I'd like to give special thanks to Rohul, Manager, Food and Beverages, for enhancing my experience with exceptional offers. I am grateful to all the staff for making my stay memorable.

Very old fashioned rooms and very small rooms. Staff behaviour is very odd they have no manner to treat a guest. Basically the facilities provided by Le Lac is cost about approx but not justified for the range Worthless in the cost of and according to room condition and washroom condition it will only the range I already stayed at multiple sarovar portico but this one is very bad experience

It started with pleasing team on reception who helped me in getting early check in as indigo flights were available early morning due to which I was way too tired and couldn’t have breakfast ...I was having map plan so I went to resturant for lunch at 12 and then said lunch will be ready and served by 12.30 ....I went again tired and drenched asked for lunch or a simple banana as I was having terrible gastric issue but they arrogantly refused and said order only from ala carte which on this I said I am unable to wait can u pls take order as I have lunch or dinner in plan but clueless staff let me starve and I had to rush to road to buy peanuts and Monaco biscuit ...pathetic experience and non courtesy staff and I have to pay for all meals ...worst experience never going back ....
