We had a wonderful experience. check in process was very smooth. The room was well kept, sheets were clean, towels were clean, toilet was clean. Staff was very courteous. Food was good. I am impressed with their IT systems, we didn't have to really make a call everything was ordered through the app and addressed on time. Overall, everything was in place, professionally managed. wonderful experience , we look forward to more visits in hotels that belong to this group.

The room was beautiful and the staff too was very supportive. Anything you want can be called via an app and they got if very quick

while the Hotel is good but staff remains highly untrained. Checkin takes over 30 minutes even when there is only one checkin. Staff needs training badly, no courtesy and basic hospitality.

Review for Bloom Hotel, Ranchi Had a pleasant stay at Bloom Hotel in Ranchi. The rooms were neat and well-maintained, and the staff, especially the service boys, were polite and helpful. Breakfast was definitely a highlight – fresh, tasty, and with good variety. Only downside was the surrounding area, which could be cleaner, but the hotel itself was comfortable and well-managed. Would recommend for a short and hassle-free stay in the city.
