Hotel Review (2 ★ Rating): My stay at the hotel was pleasant — the room was comfortable, the staff were courteous, and the food was good. Under normal circumstances, I would have given a much higher rating. However, I am rating it 2 stars because of a very poor experience after checkout. At the time of checkout, the reception informed me that all bills were cleared. About an hour later, while I was driving, I received a call saying one food bill was still pending. I politely said I would pay once I reached a safe place to stop. In the next one hour, I received around 10 continuous calls from the hotel reception. This unnecessary and repetitive calling while I was driving was very stressful and unsafe. I still made the payment, but when I messaged them to ask why there was such urgency and repeated calls, I received no reply or acknowledgment. This kind of follow-up after checkout felt unprofessional and left a negative impression despite an otherwise good stay.

Radisson Blu hotel at Ranchi is at a very convenient location from Ranchi airport and railway station. It is at the heart of city with a beautiful infrastructure. The ambience was great with a very friendly and well behaved staff. Room was spacious, neat and all basic amenities were provided. Food was tasty but barbecue was no longer functional. Should consider restarting barbecue.

Buffet is good. Lobby & restaurant with waterbody is really nice. But, rooms are not good. Very stuffy & bad smell. After complaining they changed my room. But, A.C. was not cooling enough. They had turned temperature high to save electricity. Shame on a 5star hotel.
