service is the worst.we booked the room,ac was not working, electricity was out for regular intervals of 15 minutes..fan was just useless and when we complained they said to send the staff to check but no-one came till next morning and when we complained again they checked and said it is working fine..as if we are stupid to complain about. staff's behaviour is ruthless and irresponsible. service is extremely poor

well behaved staff and receptionist..very cooperative, early check-in allowed based on availability...food stuff is good 😊

Staff is good, food is good, rooms are neat & Clean, Excellent location, need some attention of admin for maintenance of little things.

Location is very good,food & amenities average but service is not as expected.I book A/C room but they give me non ac room.After providing details from my mobile they provide Ac room.For that I unnecessary waste approx 1 hour.

Best part is the staff is respectful. Ruins are spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner facilities are amazing. A must recommend place.

As per image rooms are not there, very dirty, room are bad smell, toilet not clean, i am not happy with the room, bed sheets and pillows are smelling.

Comfortable stay with clean rooms. Room size was decent… food quality was good ,taste is also decent. You might face frequent power cut.

Service is satisfactory but cockroaches are moving inside the room. The room is good otherwise. Can do for a short stay.

Room was neat and clean, food was good, but need some attention towards maintenance like in my room no 305 only 1 charging point was working, toilet was not flushing properly. Overall nice stay, value for money location is also very good as near to market area.

The hotel is in a good location and amenities but their bedsits and blankets are not in proper manner.

But in restaurant only using steamed rice. Hotel management to think about all states of indian citizens coming ranchi and used ganga residency hotel.

I booked economy room for the first time. Earlier i used to stay at deluxe rooms. But i found economy rooms are equally good with few lacking facilities like geyser, electric kettle. Else, everything is of equal.

Very neat and clean room as well as bathroom, staffs are very coordinating and gentle. Food is equally good. Meal items in veg is few. But i tried pane-er pakoda, which was very soft and tasty. Overall very nice stay, will come definitely in future.

Good and best for guests. Free wifi and good breakfast. Actually the check out time is 12 but the accepted us request at 1pm

when i have confirmed booking it was very easy process for me to do…but when i was check-in this hotel the room was not upto the mark. which it was earlier shown. specially toilet was not proper clean. last but not the least the blanket provided by the property was not sufficient for two people. no that’s all.
