Terrible Stay
One of the worst hotel at Rourkela area. Rooms are very smelly, bed covers not changed, blankets not changed, toilets also not cleaned and rooms are very very bad and room service is worst at its peak. I will not recommend at all. And at last I had to change to room within the day.

Discovered Hotel Solan from Make my ****** As a solo business traveller, lt favours my purpose rightfully. location is the best, amenities are fine and it has a co-operative staff and management. only a few things to be sorted out related to maintenance of this very old property.

It was a good and comfortable stay there. Service was good. Enjoyed my time there. If you want to get a hotel for a day or two near station, this will be the option one should go for

Terrible Stay
At the time of booking, has shown me images and given me list of amenities. Unfortunately nothing was there. It is just a small lodge near the railway station, worth not more than 500- day. In their hotel, no geasyer facility, all toilets are not working properly, rooms are dirty.

Terrible Stay
The washroom was filthy, there were black insects, the room was diffused with cigarette smoke, the bed was not cozy at all, other amenities mentioned in the description weren't available such as geyser, no towel, no toilet soap. If there is 0 star available in the option i could definitely opt it

Stay in solan
Horrible. The room was fifty with the painting scrapped off. Though told to change the torn bed cover it was not changed. Not worth staying though it's jut 2 minutes walk from station

Very much pathetic situation on that day
familyWe were reached at the property almost midnight after traveling for 550 km so tired no food and the same time property don’t allow us to stay

No complementary water offered to guests extra charge for omlet in breakfast rooms are dirty and clumsy. Bathroom are not clean, no provision for hot water.

Stay was overall good as hotel is located in prime location, close to railway station & transportation to nearby bus stand or local site seen can be avail in economy price hotel also has it's own restuarant & this hotel is value for money.

Staying at hotel solan in rourkela gives a home like feeling. Rooms are spacious and cleaned every day by hotel staffs. They provide toiletries every day and behavior of staffs very pleasant! 100% recommended for frequent traveller's like me!

Excellent Stay
I was provided a king size room with balcony. The bedsheets were neatly cleaned everyday and toilet was well sanitized. The room had a lovely big sofa comfortably cushioned. The hotel is just outside rourkela railway station, so, very convenient for frequent travelers like us saving lot of money on transportation.
