The food was good in taste and room' was kind of luxury and best part about the room was the bathroom was absolutely fantastic to have shower in that' Best experience I ever had

Poor Stay
The stay was decent overall, but the bedsheet and blanket were stained and seemed used, which was disappointing. Also, they did not allow late check-in—we had requested to check in around midnight, but still had to check out by 10 AM, which felt unfair. Could be better in terms of cleanliness and flexibility.

Excellent Stay
Our stay at the pearl was a delightful experience, with the standout feature being the incredibly friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and offered stunning views of the city. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and local restaurants. While the breakfast buffet could have had a slightly wider variety, the quality of the food was excellent. Overall, we highly recommend the pearl for a pleasant and convenient stay in rourkela l.

In complementary breakfast u got only one portion of paratha that's it and charges for complimentary breakfast is very high

Terrible Stay
Worst service. If food is ordered it takes more than an hour or at times more than that. No communication between reception and restaurant. Kept me waiting fir more than half an hour. Worst service. Initially boarded 205 room ac was not working. They shifted me to 105 washroom was without mirror, flush water was coming out of commode. Very poor condition.

familyThe property location is very hard to find. Just a small signboard was there. The most terrifying thing is no parking available for four wheelers. Only two wheelers parking available. The hotel is above the v2 shopping mall in the main market. The night shift staff are uneducated, unprofessional & rude behaved. They don't know about hospitality. Food is okay. In room dining is available. Rooms were cozy & small but cleaned. They don't provide you with complimentary mineral water bottles but it's written on the amenities list of the hotel. It's chargeable.

First of all staff behavior is politely and good special credit to receptionist, locations wise good, slightly improve required in cleaning, and housekeeping, other all acceptable.
