We had a very pleasant stay - the room was good with all required facilities. The staff were very helpful and prompt, e.g. arranged for food via room service very promptly. I recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

It was a nice experience to stay at Capitol Residency. The property is in the close vicinity of railway station. The staffs were very friendly. The breakfast spread needs to be improved.

My stay at hotel Capitol residency was comfortable. The hotel has very good helpful staff . The food at the restaurant was very good . The spread for the breakfast and dinner buffet was very good and tasty. The hotel room was clean and but very small. The hotel could provide for bottled water. The reception and the common areas could be more brighter and cleaner. Looked bit misty. Overall good experience.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. I felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was cozy, clean, and perfect for a restful night.

uncomfortable stay in small Rooms..very limited services... pros:- Good location cons:- Rooms smaller as compared to industry standards. They don't serve mineral water instead Regular water in Glass bottles and that also 2 ( one for each guest) . If you want extra water they will serve you in used plastic bottle probably discarded by someone at their restaurant. Terrible Services. Their Ac is set up in such a way that after running for 1 hr it will stop and there would be no controls through the remote to restart the ac. Breakfast served is ok ..nothing great just average Breakfast...overall it is not a value for money Hotel.

Room was in excellent condition in all respects..Only d TV screen was dull.. an Old one perhaps..Quality & spread of food was Good… Overall it was a pleasant stay..
