Customer service not good, location is near railway station, room cleanliness is average, won't recommend

Location is very crowded and untidy. Hotel do not have any parking space. They take bookings for this hotel but staying in another hotel. I booked ac deluxe room for 1400- per night. But this room was very small. Only bed is there. You have no space in room to walk. Very pathetic toilet. Noisy room. Very bad behaviour of staffs.

We booked in hotel bliss regency but while arriving at the hotel, they provided us the room in hotel blossom. Rooms are small comparison to what we booked. There were no cupboard to place the cloth & also the room was not cleaned. We have to reach atleast 3 times to clean our bathroom & cigarette smoke was all around the room and bathroom.

Washroom was terrible. Water was leaking from ac. No landline to call to reception. It's not worth for staying highly recommend not to stay here

Room where clean but linen where not clean location is very good enough because it very near to railway station of ranchi i don't have any other suggestions.

Well the hotel i book was bliss but the room was not available there so they shifted me to another hotel name blossom. The room was smaller than promised hot water was never available for hot water i have to call to reception than wait till they switch on the geaser. Staffs were friendly and good but the issue of not giving the room promise is a serious issue as it happened to me for the 2nd time at this hotel. When i asked for the bigger promised room they just said it's unavailable. I just don't understand this if i have a booking prerior to my arrival than how it's just not available?

Hotel was good but near the hotel some constructions work going on that why getting high noise and distrubing to sleep

cockroaches ,ant 🐜 available.telephone doesn't work. pillow and bed 🛏️ are 😞 as body gets pain in that. extremely bad room .huge money spent but still didn't got a good room. waste of money

I booked room in bliss hotel and i arrive hotel late so they given my room to others. When i came to hotel they sent me to other hotel around 300 m away from bliss hotel

I had booked non a/c room as the monsoon in ruchi was cold. My stay was in room which was so below standard. Then in the evening, they have changed my room with an ok type one. So comparing to price charged vs poor standard room.

Very good, & clean hotel, good location, nearest railway station & all restorent is there available.

They gave us some another hotel for stay, room is not clean. They hasn't gave the breakfast that is mandatory while booking. Staffs are not cooperating. It's worst stay i have ever experience

Near to ranchi railway station.hygiene is worst .dirty room and bathroom.cockroach roaming here and there inside the room

Not hot water to start every day

I had booked ac room and they use to turn off the ac from the main board, and i had to call on reception to turn on the ac and they give excuses that there is power cut, it happens many time in a day. And they saves there electricity bill.
