Hotel Sunny

I ordered dinner and water via phone call from my room. The water, let alone the food, was not delivered to the room.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sunny and had a wonderful experience. The staff are genuine, friendly, and always helpful. The room cleaning and maintenance were excellent, and everything was well taken care of. Thank you for providing such great service

Pro - Close to railways station. Well maintained and supportive staff. Cons - Allocated room was small and wet with humidity. Though Hotel staff team worked to get rid of that but It took the entire day . Pls check the room before you check-in.

room was very small. Bathroom door can not be locked. No room service. TV was not working and wi fi also. taken extra for early check in but checked out 5 hours earlier.

It was a very business friendly stay in the heart of Ranchi, in the vicinity of Ranchi Junction rly stn. online price was cool. though my room's window view was just a separating wall, but the room was good, spacious.

I did not expect this type of awesome building with lift and room If anyone comes Ranchi, they can stay in this hotel sunny, One important thing is that they would provide you 24×7 helpline assistance
