The staff is very friendly and comfortable to stay, food service not available but there are many shops for food nearby

I was a good experience as i didnt found and difficulty in finding the hotel and it was a good budget friendly hotel and the staff were good. They were well behaved and were polite.

Poor management and lack of basic facilities it doesn't have proper drinking glasses and also it had careless caretakers

This hotel is near the patel chowk. Good and fully comfortable to stay here. All staff are cooperative.

Bedsheet n blanket where so dirty. Blanket did not have cover on it water supply issue had to call reception several times. Room was not up to the mark as par executive class

The hotel is not maintained at all. Ac, not working. No view, no window, not clean. Seems no people stay there. Nothing is available. It's terrible.

The hotel rooms were nice and clean. The hotel staff was very good in their communication and behavior.

Property is not good for stay at this amount. Even the don't have kitchen, room was not clean & hygiene. It seems as if no guest stays there. I will not recommend my colleagues to stay in this property

Staff behaviour was excellent and supportive. Location is good near to the railway station. Bed (mattress) of the room was very thick and soft which i don't use and felt uncomfortable. Rest all is very good and staff are honest. At present a flyover is under construction in front of the hotel but after construction the hotel location will be one of the best.

Standard ac room is very good to stay. Room service is also good. But the front road is in the state of building. So it is difficult to roam around.

Arrangements are really good. Not far from ranchi railway station.you can easily go there by walking. the room was clean and beautiful in the bathroom you can find all the necessary equipment. all the hotel clients were very hospitable for a calm and pleasant stay choose this hotel without any doubts

Hotel location is very good. Every facilities are there. Over all very good and hotel staffs are also cooperative and polite.

It's a ok stay, but there is no lift in the hotel. Checkin and che out time is very tight as we arrived around late 3 p. M room was fine and room service is good. No rest is all good. Fine service
