Hotel Radiant

Absolitely horrible experience. The rooms given were not as allotted. Lift out of order throughout the stay. Pantry not working, so no free bteakfast nor any food served. Rooms not cleaned . Had to ask for the minimum things like soap, water, towels . Hot water not availble most of the time. Bedsheets , pillow covers not changed during the 5 days stay. 50% room lights not working. At every tirn have to request the staff for the most meagre things. Owner not cooperating, did not come to meet us even a single day. Said you have booked the trip through .MMT. So tell them. A lot of financial loss , physical and mental harassment. Altogether a horrible unimaginable tour.

Poor room for money . It has water damping seepages on wall. Not worthy

The place was not clean, and service and manager's behaviour not as expected. place not well maintained.

All the Items in the room were old,the washroom was untidy and unhygienic. All the outside was very dirty The overall stay was terrible.. In addition there was no WiFi the AC was not working..

Location is good, staff behaviour is excellent but room condition is not as good as expected in that budget, restaurant is not available, tea coffee are served from outside on demand, room's are dull and small. Over all good staff behaviour and average for stay.

it is near the railway station. They don't have any proper cook and weren't able to provide me some simple food like rice, fish curry etc. No wi-fi connection. no intercom. I didn't find any room which has full light in functional condition. Staff are good but very lethargic. AC and TV remotes are not properly working.

Room was neat and clean, enough car parking area, dining room and food was delicious, hotel staff was very friendly .

The hotel has location advantage of being at walking distance from ranchi railway station. Except for the rooms dull look the place was good. It has all amenities. The bathroom could have been better. Hot water was a great relief and they provide mineral water complementary. The staff is very cooperative and polite. Wifi connection was reasonably good. Overall good place for transit.

The rooms are unclean and very unhygienic washroom. It's not cost centric at all. Highly expensive as compared to the services.

Room’s are good & clean but bathroom exhaust fan is not working. Service was nice. Location near 400 m from railway station

Rooms are small and not very nice. Ok for 1 night stay. Need a bit cleaner rooms. Rooms do not have windows. Electricity is down frequently.

Room are terrible rooms amenities not provided in bathroom, flush is not working, booked for complementary breakfast also but not provided

1. We were a group of 7 people and i had booked 4 standard ac rooms. The hotel staff assumed that one of the rooms would be singly occupied, hence gave a smaller room. They didn't even change it when we complained, instead they asked us to adjust saying - "bed ka size toh same hi hai" and "2 hi din toh rehna hai aapko, adjust kar lijiye. They didn't even refund the booking amount. It's really frustrating when you're not getting the services as promised, when you paid the full amount. 2. We were denied breakfast, even after having the free breakfast option in our booking. Upon asking, hotel staff said - "ek hi item milega breakfast me, as if they're showing some sympathy by providing that. At that moment, we literally wanted to rush out of the hotel and find another one. 3. Hotel staff didn't provide an extra pillow when asked. 4. Rooms were unclean to the hilt. The curtains, the floor, the bathroom, the blankets, the sheets - everything was pathetic. 5. No toiletries, towels were provided, until asked. In the beginning, unsealed water bottles were provided in the rooms, which were changed when complained. Honestly, this has been my worst experience with a hotel stay. It goes without saying that i won't book this hotel again in the future, but it also questions makemytrip's authenticity of hotel listings and ratings, which seems pretty falsified and manipulated to me.
