HOTEL STELLAR

Very congested area, the hotel is so far from the station road, room is also so congested, the amenities are not proper as per make my trip, service & food is good, please check before book the room...

Room service is pathetic..... Reception staff behaviour is not good. Rooms are too small to stay for 2 persons even if I have booked Double Bedroom

Clean hotel and rooms. A bit small but okay for a one night transit thru ranchi railway station. Staff was helpful. But they charged for water bottles. Bathrooms were clean. Rooms have good furnishing. However the biggest problem is the approach lane is very narrow with smelly gutters.

It was horrible staying at hotel stellar, ranchi. I booked two rooms together quite a long time ago, but after several requests also they couldn't provide me rooms on the same floor which created a lot of problem for us. The non-ac deluxe rooms that i booked for my family were too small (approx 10x10 ft. We liked black tea without sugar, which they said was not possible to make for a small quantity of cups as their main focus is to make the tea with milk and sugar since they were busy making the breakfast for those for whom it was complimentary. So, we had to order the milk tea with sugar and that too we used to get almost after half an hour of ordering. They provided a menu chart in each room for the food items, but the price of every item was so high that we never thought of ordering anything. The mentality of the manager was very casual when we entered the hotel and asked that we booked two rooms for five persons (as it was mentioned in mmt app that in case of three adults, they provide an extra bed. But ridiculously there was no question of adding an extra bed to these rooms as there was hardly any space to move inside the room. So, somehow we managed to stay three persons in one room, though the room was actually meant for two adults. So, it was possible to give half star (0. 5) to this hotel, i would have given that only. It was a tremendously bad experience staying over there, sorry to say. Thank you.

Good to stay. Good services and good breakfast nice room nice atmosphere. Nice seevices.

Location is good. Did not consume food there so can't comment on food. Amenities and services are good.

Service was very poor, staff behaviour was very poor not ok as per industry norms.
