I have never ever faced such bad experience staying at hotel. On arrival for check-in at once the front office In charge said there is no booking without even checking. After several requests and presenting my booking details he called up to someone and got it confirmed. Though it was too late to check in at 11:00 night the room was smelly, linen was dirty and seems to be used before our check in. Air conditioner, remote was not provided though it was working at a constant temperature & fan speed. The television was not working and was deactivated. Now in the morning we asked to provide towels for the bath which as not given at the time of check-in. To which the hotel staff took 35 minutes to provide that to after calling 05 times to the house keeping and reception. After all this we did not try for the food.
