HOTEL GRAND

Property location is little bit inside ,Hotel is upto mark, during my stay renovation was going on other wise it would have been better stay. One problem is network issue ,No SIM card was working.Price was little bit high if I compare it's value provided. Verdict -4 out of 5

Room is good,Ac is well working but Bathroom much better then expected. Staff behaviour is good 😊👍

it was a pleasant experience the staff behaviour is really very nice and the stay was amazing . they don't charge for water bottles and also allow outside food . the room was clean the bathroom was also so clean with clean towels and soaps . the hotel is very close to the station

it was good experience although lift was not there it could be a bit problematic. but overall stay was good staff behavior was also good

Hotel Should Work on its cleanliness. Location is great as it’s in a walkable distance from the Railway Station. Staffs were cool and friendly.

Firstly I want to say that this a genuine and honest review coming from a person with minimal budget . The hotel is near the rourkela junction railway station at a walking distance of 200 metres . when we arrived the room I booked was upgraded to a premium ac room and it was a phenomenal room ac bed bathroom geyser wifi tv all were in top notch condition and so clean . the check in was super smooth and so fast it was a such a relief. the room service is amazing . if you visit rourkela you must stay on this hotel at least once to experience their service . I'm going to book into this hotel again

Location is good but nasty smell of bedsheet and pillow. no clean room blanet was not washed since purchase

No four wheeler parking, old room just paint not renovate, poor service. Not good for this much pay

The room was overall okayish but the bedsheets were not clean and the pillows didn’t have pillow covers on They didn’t give towels and the Wi-Fi strength was poor The overall stay experience was average

I booked an AC room. The room was neat and clean. The sheets are clean. The TV and AC were working properly. The hotel is near the Rourkela station but a bit interior, so no noise. The staff was good but they didn't provide towels. I also saw the non AC room but that was a big NO!

This room is very dirty. Rooms wall are spitted. They not maintained the rooms properly. Totally lose my money and time.

Room was spacious. It had an ac and a tv, and also a small sofa. Toilet is clean. It also provided a towel and a Rs 4 soap.

The room was not furnished, dirty blanket, didn't like the colour of bedcover, it could be white and the fabric should be cotton, bathroom was not furnished too, a pillar was going through the middle of the bathroom ceiling area which makes it very odd. strainer was not present in the basin, i can see the pipe going through which makes it look dirty. management should take care of these little things. staff members behaviour is good 👍 overall.

complete cigarette smell in room. felt very uncomfortable. cigarettes also visible on floor.

It's was good experience, very comfortable room & very clean washroom. But they didn't have lift that was the problem to reach 2nd floor with luggage.
