The room & bathrooms were in good condition and clean b AC was not working.

Room condition - so bad food & service - very poor there is no warm water, ac, telephone in the room.

Very very poor experience

Property is very old and the service also not good in night time they started dj and it was difficult to sleep as they have a marriage function there

Bathroom is very bad in condition, water leakage from geyser, cistern, tap.

They need an hour to serve a water bottle despite of several inhouse service calls. Pathetic !.

The stay was good. Staff were friendly. Check in and check out process was smooth. Room service was good. I reached the hotel at around 1:30 am as i was traveling through a train which got delayed. But the staffs were available even at that hour.

Rooms weren't clean and upto the mark, toilets seemed unhygienic

booked deluxe room with breakfast. Worst experience. only 2pc aloo paratha and one omelet provided during breakfast. No buffet breakfast arrangement. No toilet kit, no hot water, rooms are shabby.

Room was dirty / ambience was bad / too much noise at night

Stay was average. Rooms were not hygiene. Smell was coming from room & bedsheets. Not value for money. I request mmt to check & display the correct information only about the hotel.

Right beside rourkela railway station, good cleanliness, good staff, good food

The hotel staffs are very unprofessional. For them service word does not have any meaning even though in service industry. This is the worst hotel and i will suggest others to stay in any lodge but should not stay in this hotel. Even make my trip should duelist this hotel from the hotel category as some where i feel make my trip will be defamed due to this hotel.
