The reception, the house keeping and all the staff members were good ...well behaved.The room was extremely good .the washroom and all the amenities provided during the time was adourable....Foods were good.Felt very good and wish to visit again! Thank you!

The rooms and toilet are very clean and hygienic .I love the vibe and theme of the hotel.its total couple friendly ,no disturbance from anything,food comes with great taste.other staff are supportive .when even you need something they are always helpful. An auto or cab service would be great as per the location.

The hotel is clean, well located. Car parking area is so small that you need to be a skilled driver to park precisely. There is no room service. The hotel starts from 3 rd floor and you need to take your luggage by yourself and same while check-out also. Food is well prepared but bringing to room without covers so lacks professionalism. You can't get any food after 10 pm. Limited breakfast options and it may take 1 hour for breakfast to be ready. Rooms are clean and well appointed.

The hotel is in a popular location but not easy to locate as it is in a narrow lane. Food quality is bad and quantity is too much. I had a bad time someone who hates waste food. Staff who served us in the day time was not at all trained. If you just want to take a room for sleeping then it is a good choice otherwise you can skip this option.

We booked rooms in j p heights for 5 different days and had a bad experience with the manager, who was very rude in behaviour. Room service staff had no courtesy to knock the door to enter the room. Manager definitely needs training to deal with customers in a polite manner. No plans to stay there in future.
