The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from the railway station. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the washroom was well-maintained with all necessary toiletries. Room service was prompt, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A big plus was the complimentary pickup and drop-off service to the station. Slightly disappointed with the food, but overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

The location is great 200 MTRS from the Railway station. The room in which I stayed on the 3rd floor was absolutely clean. They provide electric kettle with a bottle of packed drinking water along with coffe pouches, tea bags etc. Room has a smart TV , AC, wardrobe, a small table and a chair with a comfy bed and pillows. The room is approximately 30-32 Sq.m , well designed. Bed linens are clean, fresh and new. The bath room has 24hrs running hot and cold water with fresh clean Towels along with essential toiletries like soaps, shampoos shaving kit, comb etc. I was traveling for my business and the stay at the hotel Sukh sagar was beyond my expectations . My tariff includes the breakfast which were tasty superb and plenty of varieties. The staffs are young, smart,well behaved, soft spoken, and well trained professionals. The reception manager Mr Anjan Mahapatra was an extreme professional and he means business. starting from the check in to check out process he takes care of his guests personally. The hotel has free pick up and drop off services from the Railway station. They also proved Pick up and drop off services from the Airport at a reasonable chargeable price. The resturant is on the ground floor where they serve Buffet breakfast in the morning between 7/30 and 10/00 am. Room service are provided too. The food in the restaurant is multi cuisine ( veg & Non veg) , very tasty and qualitative. overall i thank the entire management of the hotel and congratulate for the Lovely professional services during my stays in Rourkela. I definitely recommend and will comeback again here to enjoy the hospitality of the hotel sukhsagar. thank you.

Location is very good . Food I didn't try actually so I can't tell ,but they are giving just one water bottle 😒 for the whole 24 hrs and rest we have to purchase .this is not good ig
