The location is very convenient right next to the airport.The ambience around the hotel is so beautiful lots of greenery. Food is good and staff is exceptional

Overall, it's a good experience. The food is awesome. But they need to take care of a few basic amenities which were missing. Like there were no bathroom sleepers, face wipe tissue paper, and body lotion in the room. Considering the chain as a luxury l, these are some minimum basic things that should be added in the room.

It’s a beautiful hotel with history of Indian hockey wonderfully placed on its lobby wall. They provide you a warm welcome drink, rooms are spacious with clean washroom. Overall the environment of this hotel was calm and beautiful.

Food is good ...I often book this hotel but this time there was room service issue both in room and restaurant at the time of breakfast. we ordered tea which was delivered after three follow ups and we have to wait for the final invoice for more than 20 minutes even after prior information of checking our and bill preparation
