the location was pretty good, the rooms were nice ( more than I expected ), overall it was a good experience

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The hotel is in the upper building of a gold showroom, and the entrance gate is confusing. the food is not good. No power backup I spent two/three hours without power. Not even giving a single mineral water bottle.

No. Had a terrible experience with a hotel booked through makemytrip. They charged me for early check-in but didn’t provide any bill for it. Even after multiple requests, they refused to change my room. The hotel staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I’ve never faced such poor service before. Totally unexpected from a platform like makemytrip. I deserve at least a half refund for the inconvenience. Makemytrip should stop listing such hotels. I truly hope no one else has to go through what i did.
