This is a service apartment type facility located in The Estancia gated community. While The address says tower 2, even The security guards in this residential tower were unaware of this service apartment's existence. Since The flat no. was not mentioned in the address, it was a herculean effort finding the floor no. and flat no. There were no signboards and the flat name plates on the ground floor mentioned individual flat owners names only. Finally, had to walk all the way back to the main security office in the main gate who finally provided us with the flat no. the flat had no name plate or signboard and we were not sure where we were knocking. The staff inside had no information of our bookings we had to show them the booking confirmation from MMT. The given contact mobile no. of The service apartment was switched off all The while giving us no opportunity to contact The service apartment. We were taken to another apartment in tower 3 for our stay. The facility is very basic, AC was working in the bedroom but not on the living room. The video door phone was not working, not all lights were operational and we spotted a couple of cockroaches too. Washroom was OK with restricted flow of water. Next day breakfast was in tower 2. Comprised of parathas and all mutter curry which was simple and filling. Staff are OK, they try their best but are obviously untrained and uninformed. Overall, not value for money as double occupancy per night. Serious efforts to improve accessibility and quality of stay required. The photos do not match reality at all!
