This residency is very nice and every thing is clean and neat. And staffs are good and best timely service. Spacious rooms and clean restroom. Over all good for money and safty

Good place to stay with family in Ooty
If you are travelling with your family and looking for an AirBnB kind of an experience. This stay fits all, and the pricing is not at European level. Located just a kilometre away from the Botanical garden. It is not a very scenic place, if you are looking for a breathtaking view from the balcony of this place, this is not the place. The staff and the team were responsive. Swiggy zomato etc delivers in 20 mins, so you are sorted in every aspect. If you are looking for a good place at a reasonable price this beats all the places.

Excellent Stay
We had a pleasant stay at Pearl Residency in Ooty. The property is located in a peaceful area, away from the heavy rush of the town, yet close enough to reach all the main attractions within a short drive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities provided for a comfortable stay. The staff was polite and helpful, always ready to assist with local guidance and travel needs. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Parking facilities were available, which made it convenient for us as we were traveling by car. One highlight was the homely atmosphere – it felt more like a cozy guesthouse than a commercial hotel. For families or groups, it’s a good budget-friendly option. A few small areas for improvement could be better Wi-Fi connectivity and quicker room service, but overall, it was a great value-for-money stay in Ooty

Bed and breakfast setup without thebreakfast
The property is a 3bhk room setup which I had booked for two families travelling with three kids each less than 2 years of age. The booking did not provide any breakfast inclusion which was fine for me, but the issues started when I reached there. The staff is just there for giving you the key and putting the luggage. When asked about food they said cooking is not allowed in the flat. They also said they are not equipped to cook even for the babies and told if we need to use their kitchen it would be charged per day. Drinking water was provided in jugs but only till 10 PM. When I requested cleaning after babies had eaten, they declined that it would only be done the next day. We were so frustrated with the experience that even though we had booked for 2 nights we left early morning post the check-in day. It is a terrible setup for families. People who just want a place to sleep in without anything else also would find this too costly. I wish I could give less than 1 star to this is experience.

Well Mr Abhay, is it anywhere mentioned in booking or at the portal that break fast will be provided???? And yes Tea and Coffee will be served here but how can you ask a staff to cook food for you and an infant??? Could help on this situation , but how can they completely make food for babies which is not recommended here or neither as an advice i would say you not to follow the same if you go anywhere else considering the child health which only you will know what will the infant eat. And we gladly told you to use our kitchen but you didn't want to, so we cant help it out. We were also frustrated by this experience. PS: Since Ooty is a plastic free zone, drinking mineral water will be provided in jug to you everwhere in the district , not only here as the other plastic bottles will be fined if the municipality finds out and again it was difficult for us to make this understand to you.
