We had a pleasant stay at Pearl Residency in Ooty. The property is located in a peaceful area, away from the heavy rush of the town, yet close enough to reach all the main attractions within a short drive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities provided for a comfortable stay. The staff was polite and helpful, always ready to assist with local guidance and travel needs. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Parking facilities were available, which made it convenient for us as we were traveling by car. One highlight was the homely atmosphere – it felt more like a cozy guesthouse than a commercial hotel. For families or groups, it’s a good budget-friendly option. A few small areas for improvement could be better Wi-Fi connectivity and quicker room service, but overall, it was a great value-for-money stay in Ooty

The property is a 3bhk room setup which I had booked for two families travelling with three kids each less than 2 years of age. The booking did not provide any breakfast inclusion which was fine for me, but the issues started when I reached there. The staff is just there for giving you the key and putting the luggage. When asked about food they said cooking is not allowed in the flat. They also said they are not equipped to cook even for the babies and told if we need to use their kitchen it would be charged per day. Drinking water was provided in jugs but only till 10 PM. When I requested cleaning after babies had eaten, they declined that it would only be done the next day. We were so frustrated with the experience that even though we had booked for 2 nights we left early morning post the check-in day. It is a terrible setup for families. People who just want a place to sleep in without anything else also would find this too costly. I wish I could give less than 1 star to this is experience.
