The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff took great care of us throughout our stay. Their service was excellent and made us feel truly welcomed. Highly recommended

As mentioned property doesn't provided us wifi or any breakfast or any food. Either they doesn't provide us soap and after requesting they doesn't even hesitate us to order it online by ourselves.

Had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely helpful the entire time. Although there was no restaurant but the staff made up for it by going an extra mile to make food available for my child especially. Amrit is one of the best staff the hotel has appointed. Thank you to him for everything

Stay was good, staff is very polite and supportive. Property is very well maintained. Had only 2 issues: 1. Resort’s entry lane have a lot of garbage and it gives very bad smell - making it difficult to walk. 2. ⁠Resort’s entry lane don’t have kitchen, so even morning tea or coffee needs to be ordered from outside or u need to walk.

Great location, excellent ambience, No-Frills stay in a cottage attached to the beach! There is a limited number of cottages, the staff is professional and safety and decorum is maintained!! Highly recommend for a close to the beach stay :)

Overall, the property was excellent. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Its location was fantastic—just a 10-second walk to Palolem Beach. However, a few things could be improved: 1. The showerhead was broken, causing water to leak. 2. Some door handles needed repair. Aside from these minor issues, everything else was perfect. There were plenty of dining options around the resort, including pure vegetarian restaurants.
