Bad management of hotel with friendly staff,AC not working or switched off deliberately in the day and advised as technical error, switched rooms at 2.30 am due to AC issues. cleanliness of the property needs work , food is good but over priced, Billing errors at checkout creating inconvenience for the guests.

The stay was good though the hotel management was a bit off. Had to wait for 40 min for check in, bathroom was smelly and room’s AC was not working properly.

Room and lobby are clean and new very nice behave staff is good and gentle hotel is new built and it is look like 5 star property

A Comfortable Stay at The Parterre Stayed: 11–12 June | Room Type: Standard I stayed at The Parterre for a short visit and had a comfortable and pleasant experience overall. The standard room was well-equipped with all the essentials like an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, tea/coffee kettle, minibar, safe, and even a shoe shine kit. The bathroom amenities were also neatly arranged, and the cleanliness of the room really stood out. While I didn’t have the chance to try the food during my stay, the room itself met most of my expectations. The service is decent but can be more welcoming. All in all, a tidy, well-maintained space that offers a comfortable night’s stay! Hope they maintain the same..
