Staff was ok. Room hygiene not upto the mark. Bedsheets and other linen was dirty. Even the bathroom was not clean and has flies in it.

The staff accommodation is roomy and comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day of work. Thank you.

Really so nice place to stay first class accommodation. The room attendant made sure that everything in our room was working properly. The staff was so nice to us

Worst experience. In spite of making full payment well in advance we faced hardship because of mmt. On reaching the hotel reception counter we were told that the hotel had neither any bookings in our name, nor they received any payment from mmt. I immediately contacted mm t but your inability in instantly providing any room or refund was really disappointing. We ended up again paying substantial amount from our pocket for getting a sub-standard room accommodation at the hotel. Disgusting experience overall. Mm t should be given zero (rather negative) ratings for our fiasco.
