Hotel The Grand Suites

The stay was great, room wear clean and the service was also good. Was here for the Adani marathon, it was a good experience.

The location was good but the hotel is under renovation and no name displayed anywhere. Very small rooms. The bedsheets had small hair stuck to these making them appear used. Lift doesn't work for the floor where the rooms are there. Unhygienic and bland breakfast served. No place to sit and eat as they used the lobby as the sitting area. Overall just an ok experience. Won't recommend to anyone.

Accomodation is nice, well maintained and easy to access. Moreover, staff is very cooperative and supportive. The food served was really very good but the only constraint is a small kitchen space and maybe the staff is a bit new but still well behaved. Overall, it's worth staying at this hotel. Peaceful area and well planned peaceful interior. Linen quality also very good. Almirah needs a big improvement. The washroom is nice. Am happy I chose to stay at this hotel.

Poor experience. Very small room. Air conditioning very loudly. Lift not working. Restaurant space was not properly.

My stay was very good. The property is well-maintained, the location is convenient, and the staff was helpful. Food quality was nice and the overall facilities made the stay comfortable.

Food is good taste like local restaurant and yes room service is quick which is very comfortable but about food billing they are not professional in the way after food one of the restaurant's person comes and asks for payment which is not professional. Overall stay and cleaning really good and it's worth it.

Name of the hotel is not appearing outside and could not be located. This is somewhere on the 3rd Floor and until we go to the 3rd Floor, hotel name could not be found. No restaurant attached to it.

good rooms with good food both veg and non veg. 15mins to airport which is a very good advantage for travellers

The initial room given had issues, there were black ants on bed and all around the room,many small cockroach like insects,false ceiling was damage n what not. Still they gave that room as super delux. Please avoid room 412. Then even after asking for room change the same time they agreed for it and mentioned room will be available the next day,and on the next day they said rooms are not available as they alloted to someone else. Later they tried adjusting into delux rooms and after not agreeing to it they gave corporate room which initially they mentioned that all rooms are booked. The corporate room alloted didnt have main mirror and the smell was too harsh. Breakfast menu had 2-3 options that too on repeated system. Please avoid this hotel.

We reached at 1pm and the rooms were still not ready even though they called us at 11am to confirm our arrival. Finally we just left our luggage because we were getting late for our meeting. The room and bed was decent. No hot water at night. We had informed a late checkout since they didn’t help us with on time check in. But they still kept calling us since 10:30am to checkout. The staff is clueless. They need more trained staff

The staff is very kind especially the receptionist. He is very sweet. The rooms are clean and hygienic. Also the chef makes super yummy food! Would definitely recommend it!

Had a wonderful stay at Grand Suites Hotel, Ahmedabad! The location is excellent — easily accessible and close to major spots in the city. Rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant. Truly great value for money — would definitely recommend and love to stay again!

it is totally over priced, no one answered the calls room service is worst, even room size also small, price should be under , not satisfied

Literally the room size was so so small and pathetic condition. They didn’t even clean the dustbin.
