Room quality is good but as per request which was sent before booking the bed size is lesser than required but car parking is not available. The staff response is good.

Terrible Stay
Hotelier has given other room rather than club room, i talked with them at 12 am when i reached they said i given club room to another guest who paid me 3000 in cash and i have only one room with bathtub so it’s not possible.

Poor Stay
The rooms shown in pictures are not same in reality, they've built the rooms on balcony it seems, and it got really hot during the morning because of sunshine. Not worth the price, not at all a three star. Bad experience.

Cosy Room although I booked Clubhouse it has Less Space compared to Deluxe Room, Only Cold water is for Bath and decent service

Terrible Stay
The room is not clean, mattresses are old and have insects, its untidy and dirty here, the pictures shown are different than the actual room, also i am charged more for delux super ac room yet they gave us normal ac room. Bathroom accessories are broken and bathroom untidy. This kind of dirty and filthy bathroom with exhaust fan not working made it very very difficult

businessThey dont have vacant room transfer to the another hotel. Did not get sealed water bottle, to smelly room, room was not cleared someone luggage kept in cupboard

Location is good food was served but late there is only one remote for 2 tvs chi 20 rs and coffee 30rs

Very poorly maintained and very basic sub standard hotel
soloThis is a very very basic low grade hotel. Only fit for a night's stay that too for a solo male. Nothing in the room except for your bed and almirah. Shabby upholstery, stained and stinky bathrooms. Especially if you are booking a deluxe rooms, those are on the same floor as the reception, you can hear all the noise and hustle that happens in that desk. All in all i don't recommend at all.

Do not stay at this lace
No good nothing try to turn knob for sink it came in my hand. Water stink bed sheet not wash lots of dust. Room sell i will give 0 rating

Poor Stay
The hotel was shambles. Nothing was in order from paint to bed to tiles to door nob, door latches nothing was in order and working. Even i have to ask for soap to be used in washroom. Although staff was co-operative but they had their limitations. Lastly, i didn't get the room type which i had booked. I guess they were not happy as i had booked. This hotel was used to be top notch when it was drh residency, now it seems a third class hotel, i had booked this on the basis of my previous good experience with them but now i can surely tell you that it was my last stay with them. Not at all happy with stay and services. I think should close their hotel.
