My experience was just average. The positive aspects include its prime location, good service, and to some extent, the food. However, i was disappointed with the size of the basic category rooms, which are too small to comfortably accommodate even one person. The gym is also very small, with only basic equipment available. Be sure to confirm the check-in time, as i was informed it was 2 pm, so check accordingly before booking.

Dear sir
We appreciate your feedback and we are please to know that the service and the food was likeable by you to some extent.
Just with regards to the things that you have mentioned here, we would like to advise you that,
Our general practice is to call all our clients as soon as we receive their booking and inform them of the following things
- Room type booked by the client.
- Size of the room
- Arrival time of the client
- Check in time
We are certain all the above information was discussed with you prior to your arrival. Had you raised any concern regarding the size of the room we would have provided options I.e room upgrade etc.
Also kindly note, all this information is available to our guests at the time of booking
It is understandable that everyone has a different point of view but if you had found the room size to be small we would have given you an option to upgrade you to a bigger room at a small charge.
We are a government classified 3 star property and our rooms sizes are approved by the Ministry of Tourism.
Also being a 3 Star we are not really required to have a gym but for the convenience of our corporate guests we have a gym set up with all the basic amenities.
We appreciate your stay at Hotel Nalanda.
