Property location is very good front of main road, near food eatery options available, entry of hotel is from back side, It's pure veg hotel, food taste is good, limited options in morning buffet

The hotel is decent and clean. Rooms are well kept and location is convenient. There is however a possibility of improvement in service offered. the staff should be a tad bit more courteous.

location was ok ok. washroom structure was bad. water was going towards the door instead of its sink. bed was not comfortable, and it seemed cheap, with a low quality spring matress. The phone in the room was not working, i had to go to reception to order.

Water dripping on the bed from ceiling. A reputed brand of hotel cant have such issues. It took almost the day to change my room.

The hotel rooms are good. Hotel is peaceful. The service is quick and accurate. The only issue is breakfast options. It's not value for money. Rest everything is great.

Overall experience was good but luggage was not picked on time nor was delivered to room on time so there must be a staff shortage i guess

Rooms are too small in size. Not worth 2k. Bathroom is good but no proper hot water. There is a small water heater which runs out of hot water only in 10 seconds. Room keys doesn't work properly. Concierge has to give us their master key to open the door. Imagine someone else having master key too with bad intentions.
