Stay was calm and good. Location was also good. Staff was very supportive and helpful. Specially mahendra bhai. Need to work on amenities for sure. Food - we were unable to receive breakfast as we left the hotel very early in the morning. Over all good

Hotel rooms are good, but service is are not good, nothing provide in room when we ask for ac / geyser then staff switch on. Thanks

Firstly, we had a tough time finding out where the hotel was. We couldn't figure out where to go. And after a lot of hassles we got to know that it was on the 6th floor inside a building. The room provided on the first day was terrible. Unhygienic bedsheets, broken window pane and a wardrobe stuffed with unnecessary stuffs. The next day, when we reached the hotel around 11, the staff were sleeping deliberately irrespective of us calling them multiple times. Consequently, we had to look out for the keys on our own. That was just not the end. When we went inside, there was no electricity. And we had to put on the main switch as well. In short, it was a bad stay. We would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms booked were not available and they have us rooms which were stinking and beds were so small that not more than 1 can sleep. No sealed drinking water bottles, when argued they got it from near by market. Ac was also not working for a room when asked they did have us other room but it was stinking badly. This is the worst hotel ever we stayed.
