The amenities shown at the time of booking were not available in the room. As per a premium room, there were no amenities in the room. The towels were also dirty. There is no fan in the room. The centralization was not working properly.Only food is good so much costly.

Cleanliness is terrible. Washroom was stinking and cockroaches were spread out across the room. Wash Basin was not cleaned for all 3 days I Stayed there. White Blankets were not changed for all 3 days. They should change at least after every 2 days of Stays irrespective the same customer continued or not. Then many basis amenities/facilities which were shown at the time of booking were not provided. But when we asked for basic things i.e. Toothpaste, Soaps, then those were provided. Ambience of Room was so dull due to improper lighting. One can't do proper reading too in dim light. I worked since late night one day and have pain in my eyes. They were not even allowing to do check in 1 hour prior to actual check in time on first day due to which I have changed my travel plans unlike the same are allowed in many hotels. There were very stagnant. I believe that no value for money spent in this type of hotel. I need partial refund of my hotel fare . You can connect me

The bathroom area was flooding. Found a cockroach in the bathroom. The soap provided by the hotel was very substandard. Couldn't even gather up a lather to have a bath. there are no restaurant's around. Over all a bad experience. Not worth the money spent
