Location was good according to our work requirements, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. Room cleanliness was okay, bedsheets and pillows were okay clean, Bathroom was stinking very badly even though staff provided air freshener after our complaint. No 24 hours Hot water even though we specifically checked while booking, it was mentioned at MMT sight. Hot water was available only in the morning.
