Hotel staff behavior was not good. rooms bed was in bad condition there is no any facilities fir our driver even the hotel staff nit allow him ti use common washroom

It was good experience including food and staff. Great location and noise free. You can enjoy food in hotel itself.

Our stay was comfortable and warm right from the get-go. The lady at the reception was the sweetest person with an extremely friendly demeanour. She accommodated our requests promptly. The rooms were satisfactory and cozy. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Rooms are not very hygienic and small. I booked the premium room but it wasn’t that big enough and bit dirty. There was a foul smell. I asked for twin bed but it wasn’t available. Although staff behaviour was good

Room washroom lights and switches are broken bedsheets and curtains are not washed . Food quality is also not good just a free breakfast but all are not tasty

Property seems overpriced. Furniture condition is pathetic. Basic amenities missing. Not a satisfactory stay

By checking all the amenities I booked the hotel. When asked for Iron, they denied. It was post 7 PM when I checked in. Anyhow, I end up paying an iron. Such a waste of money. Secondly there was no staff to assist- one female and one male was at reception looked like it was their home. Really annoyed this time, trust.

Switch boards broken and did not not. Bedsheets unclean, washroom fixtures broken. Did not feel safe in the hotel. Not at all value for money. Don't have images

Cleanliness is important to me and here the bedsheets, toilets, tables, etc were all neat and clean. It is not a luxury hotel, but good for the location and the price. I will now repeat book here as it ticks all my boxes - cleanliness, location and price.

Extremely rude manager who is not at all accomodative, their focus is minting money than providing quality and hospitality to customers. Front desk staff cannot make any decisions making me wait until manager lifts her phone. They lack proper communication in English and give a feel of uneducated staff not worth to be serving at hotel front desk. Shower rooms doesn't drain properly. Refrigerator was not working. on the whole I got much better 5 star hotels than this highly priced 2 star hotel. avoid this at any cost

Location is very good, cleanliness was there. No disturbance and smart electric appliances make the stay easier and comfortable. Sheets were cleaned, you can order food from outside and they will let it deliver to your room. Staff is decent and overall infrastructure is good. Just a bit costly

Hello i am requesting a refund for 1 day i booked at this hotel as the bathroom shower was not draining water and also the refrigerator was not working

Excellent location. The rooms were clean and the staff were very polite, co-operative and very efficient. Overall a very good place to stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was comfortable, lenin quality could have been better, towels were average quality. Breakfast was substandard-no fruits and maza for juice.
