Excellent Stay
The place is as described, and the host name all the necessary arrangements before arrival. A little far from munnar but a very peaceful location to stay.

Worst house stay with poor management
familyWhen we reach resort, no body was there to receive us. After making some calls finally someone received us. After reaching home, we reported many issues to cob-tack person no reply from even nobody listen to us. 1. No hot water supply (no spesific water heater in each bed room, only 2 ppl get hot water for 30 mins) 2. Bed sheets are not changed and dirty. Changed after we complain to house keeping. 3. Bathroom is not cleaned well. 4. Tv and wifi is not working 5. Kitchen vessels are dirty, even we can not make simple noodle, coffe without cleaning vessel. 6. No hotels are around this places so getting dinner is very difficult and limited. 7. Army of ants are come out after we switch off lights from roof. So we need to keep the light on though out night. So overall, i will not recommend this places to anyone.

There are 3 rooms in this property and we got the worst. The wifi was not working even after repeated request. Cooking facilities are available for the guests.
