I stayed at this hotel for the past two nights and had a good experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, comfy bed, great water pressure. The location is perfect – close to airport ( 15mins) and the amenities like breakfast and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area.

ZOROASTRIAN this hotel Was very hygienic spacious. Yes, and the stuff was very cooperathe hotel is in Hayward location, which I really like, but the pathway to the hotel is. Not good , so people who are coming into this Hotel in the night difficult to find the locate the hotel. It is a new property, so very neat. Clean and tidy very few restaurants near the hotel. But for business travelers who need a good morning, breakfast and a pleasant dinner before going to bed is the ideal hotel. I've come for my training. So was very convenient and close to my training. Cente receptionist is very pleasant and cooperative ingiven. Good advice regarding sites. My stay at hotel, Sterling plaza was good. There was no restaurant, so I had to go elsewhere for all 3 meals of the day. That is one sad point the other sad point about the hotel is that it's location is quite in the interior and they need to advertise. About their location properly on the main roads as it is quite inside the interior and near residential area It's. A new hotel , so it is very neat clean and silent That is what I liked about this hotel The staff at the reception. The housekeeping staff were very good cooperative, helpful and did their jobs emaqulately

The staff was very courteous. Complimentary breakfast was good. The location was okay. I have two complaints 1. There was no whiskey glass available of the same size 2. Being a suit room there was no hair dryer

This hotel was more than 10km far from airport. Was located in almost slum. No proper approach road. No other customer was staying. No one was available on reception. I didn’t stay in the hotel and didn’t got any refund

Nice property, a few basic amenities to be added e. G. 1. Hand towel to be provided. 2. Tea stirrer must be there 3. Towel was torn. Should be checked before keeping in room. 4. Only 1 towel was there 5. Intercom directory must be there 6. Note book and pencil must be there 7. Shoe cleaner strip 8. Laundry price sheet and check list 9. Raw brown sugar in room tea materials 10. Inside door lock was not closing. Staff cooperation and attitude was very good

good place to stay and amazing food and experience we had a wonderful stay at sterling plaza away from airport and beautiful view National Highway and rooms r maintaining very clean and very hygienic and probably staff is very friendly 👍
