poor services
Disappointed with the basic requirements hotel must have while you are in this industry. Telephone is dead, TV is not working, even Tata sky was also not charged. Bathroom- shower is blocked and water is not falling to take proper bath. Dinner was also average quality. Yellow dal is having smell like it’s gets spoiled.

Great experience. comfortable stay...
Very kind staff. Suite room was also clean and comfortable. I had to extend my stay and the staff was very kind to help me woth the needful.

Terrible Stay
I had food poisoning after eating food from the hotel. I informed the hotel management that the meat served was almost stale but they started arguing and didn't take any responsibility. While during my stay I had been asking them for dental kit but they didn't bother to provide it. I had to call them thrive or four times to get anything. I feel that the money I spent want worth it.

it was a pleasant stay, staff were well mannered rooms were quiet spacious, well maintained washroom, food was also delicious, parking space was given, loacted at a very good place, overall worth staying it.

Horrible Experience at Select Hotel by Bhagini Mahadevpura Bangalore
I have been denied for breakfast as i have reached at 10.40am. It was horrible to hear this from hotel team. I will never ever book this type of hotels. They are a blot in hospitality industry, they literally harass customers with their pathetic services.

Poor Stay
We booked one month back 2 rooms, why you have not given same floor. Toilets doors horrible. Amenities are not there. Reception is not good. Blankets are smell bad. You can improve even with the communication, which is very bad. Wishing you all the best

Poor Stay
we have stayed in this hotel for our every trip to bangalore since 3 years. however this time our experience was not pleasant since we arrived. 1. we have booking for 2 adult and 1 kid, our checkin was denied by hotel staff that booking is only for 2. after negotiations and finally called makemytrip customer service hotel allowed us to check-in. 2. hotels provided single occupancy room. we requested upgrade with additional pay however it was denied though rooms were available. 3. we reached for upgrade option and making room ready for 3 after which hotel provided stuffs for 3 (ex water, towels, bed etc) 4. post this hotel staff asked us to move to bigger room next day, however considering repacking stuffs we settled in same room. 5. we always preferred here to stayed during transit from india - usa overall it was unpleasant and unprofessional experience this time for our family as we had to wait for hours in lobby due to denied checkin and room readiness etc.
