A Pleasant Stay with Great Food and Warm Service
We had a pleasant and comfortable stay during our time in Kodaikanal. Pros: • The food was excellent, especially the breakfast spread — fresh, tasty, and frequently refilled. • Rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and cozy. • Staff service was warm and responsive, making us feel welcome throughout. Areas for Improvement: • Wi-Fi was not available, even after requesting it multiple times. This was a bit inconvenient, especially for families needing internet access. • Bedsheets and pillow covers had visible stains — fresh linen would have elevated the experience further. 🙏 Final Note: We are genuinely grateful for the courteous service, especially for accommodating our last-minute date changes due to travel delays. A special thank-you to the receptionist from Idukki (unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name) — his helpful and understanding attitude made our check-in and stay much smoother. The points mentioned above are simply suggestions for improvement. Overall, we truly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to visiting again.

Checked was planned @11am But I checked in at 8pm Staff service or behavior was not at all welcoming, not even smiling Even then room situation is No dental kits , shower caps or any accessories kept Phone provided in room for room sevices and reception calls Is not working Have seen multiple complaints from other customers regarding washroom door mats and other stuffs

Regarding the room: dental kits, shower caps and similar amenities should have been placed before your arrival—our housekeeping checklist has been updated and supervisors will now verify these during room release.
