when we are booking for 3 adults then they should have rooms with one double bed and one single bed ...and not like one person has to sleep on floor just on matress..... otherwise they should mention it in the details while booking and then price should be lesser accordingly...Otherwise food was good

Hi Team, I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my current stay at the hotel booked through your platform. Unfortunately, the water supply in my hotel room bathroom is not available, and despite raising this concern with the hotel team, the issue is still unresolved. This is a very unpleasant and inconvenient situation, and I am extremely disappointed that such a basic facility is not being provided at a hotel that is listed under your brand’s tie-up. It has caused me great discomfort and has completely ruined my experience. I request your urgent intervention to resolve this matter immediately or provide an alternative solution at the earliest. Please treat this as a priority complaint.

Room was clean, big enough, location was easy, tried Breakfast it was so so, Better to have it outside Toiletries were missing in washroom Service was good 5-10 min max Rest no disturbance overall 4/5

The rooms were clean and the staff was polite and punctual. Everything was in working condition. Things were available on demand. I forgot my charger there at the time of leaving, so they called me and delivered the charger to me before my train departs

Some products was not in the room. If ask they said not available. Breakfast was not available on time. I have missed my breakfast one time because of time. Breakfast quality was not good. Also in the breakfast variety lase. Body lotion not available in the room.

Nice and helpful staff, prompt response in all services. Great experience. Gave good suggestions and recommendations about city tour.

Our stay at the hotel was quite comfortable. The property is good. Rooms are of good size and the hotel staff is courteous

A below average hotel. Lacking basic amenities in the room. Unhygienic kitchen & food preparations. Poor quality Crockery & cutlery for breakfast.

The higeine was not maintained and complementary buffet area was very bad. Dirty plates and dirty chairs. Room bedsheet and pillow were pathetic.

The hygiene of the hotel is not good and even the hotel is different from the pictures as shown. Further the room is not such good, it feels like there is dust on the bed as well as other furniture. Further the washroom was not cleaned.

The behaviour of staff was very good, they provided us with free breakfast and allowed us to check out after scheduled check out time, the condition of room was also good.

The rooms were good but not that good according to price. Cleanliness and facilities can be improved. There were no kettles in the room and breakfast didn't have enough options and was served in an unclean environment.

Everything was perfect. The staff was helpful, the accomodations were beautiful and the breakfast was superb. It couldn't have been better.

The hotel room is very nice, neat and clean. The breakfast presentation and facility are very poor. The bathroom geezer is not working. The staff's behaviour is very nice.
