Hotel Purva

Rooms are not clean and door not working and not a hygienic room very pathetic services.

Very poor service of his Hotel Purvau. Hotel room is not provided as booked wirh amenities as confirmed in the mail after booking confirmation. Poor food condition. Not at all suitable to stay as showing in the internet photos to the customer.

The property is okay but the room which allotted us didn't have TV , but while booking it was stated the tv facility was available. I have asked to the hotel representative to change my room but they didn't. I paid for the facility but not getting the same.

सर्विस बिलकूल ठीक नहीं थी. पहले नॉन एसी रूम अलॉट किया. बाद मे एसी रूम दिया पर एसी ठीक नही था. फिर तिसरा रूम दिया. हम रात 12 बजे पहुंचे थे. यह रात एक बजे तक चला. रूम की सफाई दो दिन तक की नहीं. हालाकि चाबी रिसेप्शन पर ही रखी गयी थी. बहुत ही बेकार अनुभव. शायद इन्हे होटल बंद करना है ऐसा लगता है.

होटल पूर्वा की लोकेशन बहुत अच्छी है और इसको सभी लोग जानते हैं। जैसे रेलवे स्टेशन में ऑटो/ टैक्सी वालों को समझाना नहीं पड़ा। Front Desk- 24 घंटे चालू था। चेकआउट के समय early morning भी हमें कोई परेशानी नहीं हुई। स्टाफ काफी सहयोगी स्वभाव के थे। धन्यवाद।

very bad experience, to costly as per facilities, i have book 2 rooms , AC not working in 1 room and leaked water in 2nd room in per night per room no benefits. reception not attending calls

Fan in the room is not working properly.Room number 406 ..I stayed with my wife in that room and fan was not working...Also TV is not working

It is worst stay and nightmare to stay in this Hotel. All indians please do not choose this Hotel at all. worst in hospitality, cleanliness, worst in courtesy.

Terrible experience. At the last da of my stay, they called in the morning at 9 am and asked me to leave the room within an hour at last moment as they have another guest. I said them that at last moment where will I find a new hotel within an hour. And I have pre book that place. They said we can't do anything, our other room's ACs are not working so you have to leave the room, so that they can wel come them. Only, I know that how did I manage to find other hotel last moment with my mom. Not only I had to pay extra somewhere else for last minute checkin because of this chaos or irresponsibility of hotel, but also my mom had to suffer as she is aged. And at the time of check out l, they were not even apologises for what they have done.

location is great but rooms were not very clean. there is some smell in the room. room size is good even the bed size was enough for 3 people. I checked out early and kept luggage at the lobbey but they did not have proper place to keep the luggage as well

Location was great but the ambience inside was not that great. I think the hotel purva should work on maintaining cleanliness

its good hotel on m. g. road good for family. clean rooms . and nearest place is chappan and sarafa bazar..

Rooms are so small and congested there is no hot water available for shower i had to take a cold showe in winter commode are so dirty overall very bad experience to stay in purva hotel

The hotel is very comfortable for me it is near the airport and station and also to my work. Their staff is very helpful and makes room hygiene.

it's good to stay there. Staff is very supportive. Rooms are clean and staff is very understandable and very cooperative

room was good clean , washroom was clean the only thing which I don't like is bedsheets ,pillow and blanket smell weird which was something which I don't like

Room facilities are very poor in washroom no hand wash available two very small beds are available in a room

Uncourteous staff, very low beds, no wipes, no toilet tissue, no slippers, no tea kit, no toilet kit, no water all services on exorbitant payments completely dissatisfied
