The ambience of the hotel is very good. Food was average. Rooms were nice. Service was not that good. We checked in just to note the uncovered dirty pillows (which were changed immediately after informing) and also the bathroom kits were not kept on the first day. The breakfast buffet could have been served in a better way and in a better place. It was served in a hall like a buffet in a wedding rather than in the restaurant.

familyThe rating of more than 4.0 in the reviews definitely raises your expectations however we were not satisfied with the service. Hotel is on the main road and can be easily identified in the running traffic. The hotel seems to be recently built and is very well maintained. Rooms are huge. Bathrooms are decent. Furnishing is excellent. Room service was awful. Half of the items mentioned in the menu are not at all available. However food is good. There is no buffet breakfast. The waiter will come and will tell you the items available ( not more than 4) and you have to tell him what you want. That is not the end of anguish they take their own sweet time to bring the items. Overall, not a good experience.

Hotel tariff is too high for the quality they provide. Staff are very unprofessional. Don't opt for breakfast, it's bad both in quality and cleanliness. Not worth staying!

Hotel stay

The hotel is located close to the Agra-Mumbai Highway and the location is good. At the time of check in, the front desk staff were behaving as if they were not aware or interested in allotting a room, even though I had a confirmation from MMT and the rent had been paid in full in advance. It left a bitter taste, as if unwanted and not welcome to the property. The TV was not getting switched on as no remote was available in the room. In spite of two reminders, no hotel staff came to attend to the problem. No face towel was available in the washroom and the wash basin was not draining properly.

We stayed here for 2 days with a friend of mine and it was perfect: the room (in the new wing of the building), the equipment, the cleanliness, the services, the breakfast. Special thanks to the staff, so kind and so helpful. They make you feel very welcome. I warmly recommend it!
