Well lit stairs as backup to elevators. Our child could practice counting steps. Clean and well maintained areas.

All handles were sanitized and worked smoothly. Our child could open and close doors safely and independently.

Staff waited for late check-in nicely. Room was warm and welcoming. Bathroom had all needed toiletries provided fresh.

Clean room with central location benefits. Staff helped with transportation options and gave safety advice for evening activities around.

Room is decent no more facilities not proper clean and many mosquitos there is no phone to call reception service is very slow

while Booking the room it was mentioned that breakfast is free, but unfortunately the break was not available and hotel staff said we don't have kitchen

The rooms were so small and suffocating. There's no proper supply of water or electricity. If one room had AC, the fan didn't work, and if the room had a working fan, it didn't work. The LCDs were all broken. almost every room had some sort of defect. The biggest part is they turned off the tubelight in the evening saying they'll have to turn the MCB on. The service was so terrible. It ruined our anniversary stay. They didn't pick up the calls and even when they did, they came 2 hrs 3 hrs 4 hrs late for everything we asked for. They didn't provide shampoos and conditioners no fridge kettle or any amenities written on their websites, plus thebbedsheets and comforter and towel were so dirty you don't even wanna touch them. Also, no geysers were working. Even when I was sick my partner kept calling them for water saying I'm unwell stillthwy came so late with water and then said next time you'll have to refill water on your own. Nobody's there at the time of checkout which eventually made the check out even later.

room was clean, toilet was clean, just the water jet in washroom/toilet was dripping water so bit of rust there, room service was good, brought me toiletries right away when asked.

Our stay was comfortable, and the surroundings were calm and peaceful. Great place to stay and fun on weekends.

Good property with nice rooms and spacious drawing room but no cleanliness and require more staff. Excellent service by MMT and Oyo to resolve guests problems and complaints.

The hotel's bed were worst and it was unclean and untidy and door were making horrible sound. Staff was not cooperative. They don't even provide toiletries and towel.

There was no room service, no hot water, no room cleaning, no towel, no phone, and if give some number was always switched off. Overall i am not recommended this hotel in future.

Stay was nice but the only problem was that of mosquitoes.

Very bad service. Room was very dirty. Bed is baddest dirty.
