Aceotel Select Tulsi Vijay Nagar - A Luxury Boutique Hotel

It was a decent experience. especially the staff was cooperative. although faced issue of geyser and power cut but the staff managed the issues nicely. property is good.

Bedding was not clean. There were bedbugs. No view. Staff was ok.

My experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel valued and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained with all the necessary amenities. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay—I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

It was good, staff was co-operative and its located nearby to the main vijay nagar market. I will suggest to go with this hotel

Access road to hotel was not great... we had booked for 3 people but still they wanted to charge for extra cot.... no hot water in the morning on 28th... It could do better..... ok types food....

Property is not very well maintained. Hygine problem. Food not so good. Room size is small compare to written on site.

The stay at the hotel was really great. The satff was quite well mannered and showing proper courtesy.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The first room I was given was filthy, foul-smelling, and completely unhygienic. The second room offered was equally bad. Due to my child’s medical condition, I requested immediate cancellation and refund. The manager, , promised me three times that he would cancel my booking through MMT and I would get a refund within 24 hours. This was a lie. Hours later, he refused to help and told me to contact MMT myself. MMT tried to get a cancellation confirmation from the hotel, but they denied it — even though they had already given my room to another guest. This is a clear case of cheating: they took payment from me, resold the same room, and refused to refund my money. Strongly advise everyone to avoid this property — it is unhygienic, untrustworthy

The rooms were neat and beautiful exactly as shown in the picture. The food was also amazing. There was however a minor inconvenience of electricity caused due to short circuit. Rest, it was a beautiful experience

Sorry to book from make my trip

A remote place with horrible experience. Except room size, I haven’t found anything good. During my stay of two days, 1st day I have seen one family apart from me and other day u was alone and they offered my breakfast to the room itself. Useless breakfast, except idly, poha, Alu Paratha and one sweet nothing to eat. Over all Poor location Poor food No laundry Sticky floor Looking at the crowd, I never dared to order in the restaurant. Finally checkout to be done by 10 am, after so much of request they have allowed me 1 more hr. Totally waste of money. I don’t recommend anyone to opt for the property. After all this, they will demand to give fine star rating, which is the highlight of my stay

the hotel room segregation is not good i booked premium room with balcony but the size of room very small and balcony filled by one person only. and room service not come on time my room remain dirty. just outside the room there is utility room 24*7 member roaming which sometimes make me uncomfortable as it feels like violet my privacy

The staff was good, it was a good stay. Completely privacy, no rude behaviour, i think it’s good to book
