Had a superb experience at Walnut Tree, Pahalgam. The place is peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. Manager Rauf is a vibrant and kind person, and staff members Shabir and Mahmood were especially supportive. My daughter was unwell during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to help us—checking in regularly, arranging everything we needed, and making sure we were comfortable. Truly grateful for their care. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pahalgam. It’s not just about the stay, it’s about the warmth and hospitality they offer.

The owner of gardenia 7 was simply an awesome man. He greeted us on checkin. We were there for work vacation and we were planning on staying there for a week and the owner periodically check on us and asked us all good. Food was also good and the cook was ready to make us anything we wanted. I got fever in the middle of our stay the owner took me to the hospital and the staff also helped bring the medication as well. The people there are so helpful and so friendly planning to stay there in future as well

The rooms and the property was exactly or even better than the pictures. The hospitality was also par with 5 star hotel. The property was very well decorated and had all kinds of amenities one could ask for. The highlight of the stay was the wonderful host and his family, who took personal interest to ensure everything was perfect. I would suggest the place to anyone who is visiting srinagar and the price the property is offered for is a steal, compared to what you can get at the same price else where in srinagar

The villa is beautifully decorated and rooms are properly equipped with all facilities. Overall the property is quite luxurious. But what trumps everything is the host/owner. He makes sure you feel like home. The food was also delicious and homely. There is a lot of warmth at this place. If i ever come back to srinagar, no doubt i'll stay here again.
