We had stayed at The Fern Kadamba at Goa for 2 for 2 days from 26th to 28th August 2025. The stay was pleasant, breakfast and dinner was excellent. Property is easily accessible. Definitely recommended.

Good Stay
Decent hotel. Very Helpful front desk staff, well maintained rooms, good AC. Situated in old Goa...had been here for a conference in ICAR for 1 night. Hotel is away from beach. Taxi readily available at the reception. Swimming pool is well maintained. Food options for breakfast are less....for dinner, the service is terribly slow. Overall comfortable stay.

This hotel is outside the city limits, no services nearby. so if you are planing to stay here please plan your resources in advance. other wise nice hotel with good pool, zym etc. break fast was good. clean and spacious room. very good vegetarian restourant outside the hotel. good for family stay.

By mistake i have booked this fern instead of kesarval gardens. At-least give the option to switch the booking if not cancel the booking. Same hotel chain, same city and you can't even manage that.

Bathroom wasn't that clean, there were paan spots and there was rust. Food was below average. Overall hotel was good.

The stay as well as food is very good. The front office and house keeping is excellent. The site seeing arrangement too is good. The restaurant is excellent.
