Excellent service of Artistry suites, very cooperative staff and very nearest hotel from calingute and candolim beach

Location was just near to the main road. Food in the property was amazing. The staff was very very helpful. Swimming pool was not that clean as it was raining randomly and pool was in open.

I had a very disappointing stay at this property in Goa. They claim to be a 5-star hotel, but the overall experience felt like a 2-star at best. Pros: Rooms are big and spacious. Cons: The property is still under construction, which makes the entire place noisy and unpleasant. The swimming pool is very small and had too much chlorine — it was impossible to use. The food tasted good, but there were very limited options. Although the menu listed many items, most were unavailable. No other amenities are provided apart from the small pool. The breakfast spread was extremely limited, especially for a hotel claiming 5-star status. The restaurant was under construction, with wires hanging out from electrical ports, making it unsafe and unappealing. The property is quite small, and the corridors are narrow. Definitely not value for money, considering how expensive it is. The room phone didn’t work, as connections were not set up, so we had to call staff on their mobiles — and often they didn’t even answer. Shockingly, they didn’t have any seafood or even basic cold drinks, which is unacceptable for a Goan hotel. Overall, this was a huge letdown. I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting a luxury experience. There are far better hotels in Goa offering genuine 5-star service for the same price.

property is good, location & food is good only issue is they take too much time to allot room while check in we hv reach there around 3.30 pm but even they take too much time to allot room..

Overall stay was decent and it's in a good locality. However, very average and slow in terms of service. Definitely not value for money.

The staff are very polite and the hotel is very neat and clean. Big rooms with balcony and it's 5 minutes drive to Calangute beach.

That was mine second visit in Artistry Suites - this time thy excited all expectations after first brilliant stay. Big thank you to all staff- very humble & polite at the same time friendly. Food is excellent, rooftop pool that place when you can escape from the midday heat on the beach. Highly recommended - can’t wait for next visit.

Great stay...polite staff and nice foods....Though, the facade and reception area is small, the suites are spacious and lavishing....the bar section is also lavishing....Overall a great five star hotel...

Very nice stay family hotel must visit

Our stay was relaxing and awesome. Property location is near to calangute but quite and peaceful. Rooms are spacious and well. Their service is top notch, definitely recommended if you are looking for top quality stay in goa.

I have been staying in this hotel for three days. I have been saying for three days that my TV is not receiving any net fix or prime. Nothing is showing on the TV. Despite complaining, no solution has been found for this.

It was a nice experience for us, staff was very friendly and prompt to help customers in every possible service. I would like to go there again in my next trip.

Excellent property for chilling out, thoughtful utilisation of space, neet, clean and lavish size rooms, polite n friendly staff makes your stay more comfortable. All amenities are beautiful n maintained sky deck, swimming pool, terrace lounge. A fabulous spot for chilling out with family n friends. Highly recommend
