I had a very disappointing stay at this property in Goa. They claim to be a 5-star hotel, but the overall experience felt like a 2-star at best.
Pros:
Rooms are big and spacious.
Cons:
The property is still under construction, which makes the entire place noisy and unpleasant.
The swimming pool is very small and had too much chlorine — it was impossible to use.
The food tasted good, but there were very limited options. Although the menu listed many items, most were unavailable.
No other amenities are provided apart from the small pool.
The breakfast spread was extremely limited, especially for a hotel claiming 5-star status. The restaurant was under construction, with wires hanging out from electrical ports, making it unsafe and unappealing.
The property is quite small, and the corridors are narrow. Definitely not value for money, considering how expensive it is.
The room phone didn’t work, as connections were not set up, so we had to call staff on their mobiles — and often they didn’t even answer.
Shockingly, they didn’t have any seafood or even basic cold drinks, which is unacceptable for a Goan hotel.
Overall, this was a huge letdown. I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting a luxury experience. There are far better hotels in Goa offering genuine 5-star service for the same price.
