Review Of Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim

It was great and very comfortable along with nice gesture of Miss Avi and Mrs. Ecchita at the property they both help me all condition and help in emergency regarding to reach to airport to my friend

Stay was very comfortable & services were quick. Property looks beautiful. Kids meal was complimentary.

Great property and very close to all major accessible places like baga / Calangute. Rooms are great , wonderful pool , spa , and the breakfast speed is good as well

property is very nice, location is perfect only problem is there is smell in the room of (dampness, moisture)( SEALEN) which i also told them last year they need to work on that other wise everything is perfect

The stay was wonderful. The best part was location and the pool they had. Breakfast was tasty as well. Will definitely stay there next time. The staff were friendly and took care of us well. Rooms were clean.

The room was fine but the breakfast was not at all upto the mark overall the complete experience was okay the entry and exit approach road for the hotel was not that easy to find

Looks likes an Old property

Resort was good. hospitality and service are good . Only breakfast compromising. Location wise easy to go nearby beaches

I have stayed at this property earlier as well but this time around the experience was bad didn’t feel like a regular Novotel experience we are used to having as the breakfast food was very limited

The property rooms are old and was smelling of moisture and musty. The food was not very good and taste was very bland.

The property is very old and the rooms even after painting are in poor condition.. rooms are leaking water.. service is pathetic and no care for any customer special requests.

Awesome stay at novotel resort and spa. They have everything including spa and wellness center and everthing is beyond expectations specially the pool was really clean.

My stay at this hotel was excellent! The rooms were neat, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options only in breakfast, dinner was very bad and the overall service was quick and efficient.

Place wise, amenities wise it is good, but staff doesn't seem to be polite and welcoming in all departments, compared to my other stays at Goa. Rooms are looking old and not hygiene. Stayed here for 2 days Place wise, amenities wise it is good, but
