Review Of The Avenue Regent

--- We had a pleasant stay at Avenue Regent, Kochi. Pros: The hotel enjoys an excellent location with easy accessibility to the city centre. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-kept. Bathrooms are neat and clean. Room service is prompt and efficient. Above all, the standout factor is the cleanliness throughout the property. Cons: The building is a bit old, though it is very well maintained. Being near a main road, there is some sound from traffic, but it is not intrusive enough to disturb sleep. Overall, Avenue Regent offers a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located stay in Kochi. Would recommend it for both business and leisure travellers.

Rooms are pretty good and hygienic , staff is very cordial and customer centric .Food Menu was diverse and both veg and non veg has enough options

Everything about Avenue Regent is top-notch. Spacious & clean rooms, friendly & courteous staff, delicious food and convenient location.

I stayed at The Avenue Regent, Kochi for one night and had a very comfortable experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The food was delicious and added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kochi, whether for business or leisure.

Food was average

I stayed at the Avenue Regent hotel with my family for three days. The hotel is situated right on the main M.G. Road and the Railway station is quite nearby, about 5 minutes walk. The metro station is also close by. I found the rooms to be very neat and clean. They were changing all the towels /bath towels every day through out my family’s stay. The room service was very prompt and responsive. They even went out of their way to add some extra channels (pay channels) to the TV in the room when my daughter requested for them. The front desk staff were very professional and courteous. Both Check-in and check-out was very smooth and quick. Overall I found the staff to be very helpful. Regarding food, the breakfast buffet was very good. There were ample choices for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. I was there with my family for three days and found the food varied from day to day, thus avoiding monotony. The service was also good. The one thing that I would prefer to see improvement on is regarding the bar that is situated on the ground floor, just across the check in counter. At times in the late evening/night, when it is crowded, it can be a bit loud. I would have preferred to see some compartmentalization/door or something so that the sounds do not carry out into the foyer of the hotel.

No fans in the room other than that everything was great the breakfast spread was amazing water bottles were too small but once we asked for it they brought us a few more

The staff was courteous, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a great spread of both South Indian and continental options — fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The in-house restaurants and lounge also deserve special mention for their ambience and food quality. It’s a great place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. Overall, Avenue Regent offers excellent value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi and will definitely be returning on my next trip.

The rooms where Big and good but the room and the bathroom werent cleaned well...It had Hair all over...The Food was good and the staff where cortious Location was amazing

It's a really horrible stay. room in 6th floor and above that in 7th floor hall. due to the heavy bass sound and dance step sound of the DJ.. .. party , not able to stay in the room, Also we made complaint to their Asst.Manager and reception but no use

Check in was easy and fast. Pleasing front office, parking staff, rooms were all kept tidy. Overall great. Check out also was good and fast breakfast can be better

Excellent location. Very close to ernakulam railway station, metro and many top rated restaurants. Courteous staff, good spread in buffet (breakfast as well as dinner. Rooms are spacious. No view though. Service and stay is absolutely worth it. Special thanks to chef joshua for customizing dishes for our toddler.

The location was very centrally situated and we were able to visit the places we had planned for some family events and cultural events. The food was very homely and was very good quality. Enjoyed it.

The location, food and amenities were excellent and all our guests enjoyed it. The properties location was suitable for all the heritage sites we wanted to visit.

The hotel is located in a prime location where connectivity is not an issue at all. The place is neat and clean. Food is also good. The only issue that i faced was the delay in room service. The room dining staffs don't understand the request clearly. This is an area of improvement for this place. Otherwise rest was fine and good
