Review Of The Ark Comforts

We stayed at Ark comforts for 4 nights. Positives: Amazing beach front views which we really enjoyed. The amenities inside the room were good and Jacuzzi as well. Negatives: Very limited food menu. Definitely not child friendly. From the shared parking, you need to walk to the stay through a very bad narrow pathway which is not safe to walk during the nights since there are no lights at all. We found many insects. We booked the Hope room and since there was some issue with the AC, they tried to put us in a smaller room with partial sea views which was a very bad experience. Customer service is average. You need to follow up multiple times for any request. Very limited food delivery options as well. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this place for people bringing their kids. The final stretch to this place is very narrow and only one car can go at a time. The swimming pool is never cleaned and it looked very dirty. No one used it during our stay.

I recently stayed at Ark Comforts Palolem, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Daliksha at the reception, whose friendly and professional attitude set the tone for a perfect stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I loved how well-maintained everything was, and the peaceful environment made it easy to relax. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the beautiful Palolem Beach—yet still quiet enough to enjoy a good night’s rest. What stood out the most was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and kind, and Daliksha went above and beyond her attention to detail and positive attitude truly made a difference. I would highly recommend Ark Comforts Palolem to anyone visiting the area. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or a longer vacation, this place is a gem!

The hotel’s location was great, it was disappointing that the air conditioning wasn’t working. The room felt hot and suffocating, and despite making multiple requests, the staff couldn’t resolve the issue. Although it’s a beach-facing property, we were ironically asked to keep the curtains closed so the AC could function—yet it still didn’t work. Even after several follow-ups, no action was taken. Surprisingly, nearby hotels at much lower prices offered far better service and comfort.

Ark was an amazing stay. Good service, good ambience and amazing beach view. 100% would wanna come here again.

property is very good and the food is also amazing. breakfast options were very less but rest overall experience was very good. there is parking issue in this property which staff does manage to an extent so not much of a problem rest everything is superb

Cleanliness & Hygiene: The rooms and common areas were spotless, with great attention to hygiene and upkeep. Fresh linens, clean bathrooms, and a general sense of tidiness across the property really stood out. Especially in today’s times, this is something that adds so much value to the stay. Food: The food was another highlight! Everything we tried was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast or late-night bites, the quality and taste were consistently top-notch. It’s clear that they take pride in their kitchen, and it really shows. Final Thoughts: Ark Comforts is more than just a stay—it’s an experience. The thoughtful touches, warm staff, ideal location, and overall vibe make it a standout choice in Goa. Had a wonderful stay at ARK with my family, the staff is super supportive. They surprised us with a beautiful decoration in our room. Rooms were super clean and all services were just 1 call away. They also gave pleanty of options for breakfast apart from buffet ( free of cost). Beach View is also very good and it's a side property so it's away from all Chaos. Perfect for honeymooners or someone who want peaceful stay.

one of the finest stay we had lately, separate kids room with vintage wooden ladder. landscaping was par excellence, food was amazing , jacuzzi added flamboyance to our stay. Staff was happy and eager to help. Ajay Singh a bell boy was extremely helpful. Access to private beach was easy. overall Excellent Experience.

Our stay was Avrage..I want clear this property is not 5 star property..very high price.beach is nt tht much good.we paid per night it was not worth at all..waste of money..waste of time..u will not recommend at all..

One of the best stay I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the bed we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the room there is a direct path leading to the beach. It was a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Worth the stay ❤️

The stay was amazing and beautiful. The hospitality which provided by mr chirau dave and his team was amazing and worth experiencing. The best part of the stay apart from the hospitality which we got was the view, the rooms are right there on the beach. The waves of the sea greets each and every time it touches the shore. It is worth each and every penny and should be experienced atleast once

Property is situated right at the beach, has an excellent view from the rooms. The beach is almost like a private beach to the property. They have a swimming pool with beach view. Opt for their full beach view rooms.

No words can describe the stay with had at this property. It's right on the beach with all luxury amenities one can ask for. Room had the direct view and access to the beach, had a big jacuzzi and was ultra clean and well maintained. The breakfast was in a restaurant which was right on the beach. The best part of the stay was the ride in the private yacht (special thanks to mr dave for arranging this. Overall the stay was satisfying and amazing.

Liked the stay there and the beach view. I would have liked more if i had the jacuzzi in our 'joy' room instead of that extra bathroom and the sofa set. I strongly recommend to have the jacuzzi for this room at that price. The room service boy, mr bharat, was very kind, friendly and helpful.
